Well Baby Clinic

The clinic offers a complete assessment of growth and development of your child from birth to 18 months of age. During your visit a nurse will assess your child’s growth, evaluate developmental milestones, administer recommended immunizations as per the Public Health Agency of Canada and discuss various resources for parents and child if needed.
Please note, this clinic is for registered patients only, the well-baby clinic does not provide urgent care.
Women’s Wellness Clinic

The clinic provides routine PAP testing to screen for cervical cancer in women ages 21-70 years of age. It is recommended that any person with a cervix who re or have been sexually active complete a cervical screening every 3 years.
Please note, this clinic is for registered patients only, any gynecological or medical concerns require a separate appointment with your family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.
Flu Shot Clinic

Flu shot clinics are available to our registered patients every year commencing in the Fall.
Flu shots usually become available mid-late October.

Craving Change Workshop

A how-to workshop to change your relationship with food
“I know what to eat, but I just can’t seem to do it”.
Does this sound familiar? If yes, please come to our Craving Change Workshops and discover why you eat the way you do.
The Craving Change workshop is a multiple session education program co-facilitated by one of our RPN’s and a Registered Dietitian. These workshops will help you learn how to change your problematic eating habits.
The workshops will help you:
- Identify your own personal triggers to problematic eating.
- Help you discover techniques and strategies to change these triggers or eating response.
- Assist you in maintaining a long-term, positive relationship with food.
Blood Pressure Management Clinic

High Blood Pressure/hypertension is one of the leading risk factors of death. High Blood Pressure can cause heart attacks, strokes, heart/kidney failure, all of which can be prevented with a healthy lifestyle.
The goal of the blood pressure management clinic is to achieve better outcomes through increased control of high blood pressure, while also promoting self-management according to best practice guidelines.
At your appointment, you can expect:
- To learn about high blood pressure and how it can affect your health.
- Education regarding self-management of hypertension.
- Discussions on how to set and achieve goals (i.e. smoking cessation, nutritional information, lifestyle changes).
You can book an appointment to the Blood Pressure Management Clinic by calling the reception staff, or speaking to your family physician, nurse practitioner, or nurse.
Our Registered Practical Nurse will let you know when you should book your next appointment with us.
Foot Care Clinic

Taking care of your feet is imperative, especially as you age. Foot problems are common in people with Diabetes and other chronic conditions and can lead to serious complications. At the Foot Care Clinic, our RPN provides quality care by carefully assessing and treating foot conditions and problems.
The Foot Care Clinic aims to provides services to patients who are at risk of developing foot care problems (e.g. Diabetes), and those who are unable to provide their own foot care.
